Poster Board Presentation: The organizers request that you create a poster board presentation of your abstract. Each approved abstract presenter will be allocated one panel measuring 4 ft. (1.2 m) high by 3 ft. (.9 m) wide. The boards are covered with a nylon display fabric that easily fastens with push pins. Push pins will be provided. The size of your entire poster display must be less than the display board panel area (4 ft. high by 3 ft. wide). Posters may be one large panel or several smaller panels. Poster presentations should include pictures, graphs, tables, captions, headlines, etc. These items should be designed so they can be easily arranged during the poster setup time. All poster boards will be numbered in the right-hand corner of the board.
Three-dimensional Displays: If you wish to place equipment (or anything requiring a small table) on display with your poster, contact 2019MBS@strategicresults.com to make prior arrangements.
